Item Damage Policy

 

Please inspect all packages for any potential damage in transit. Damage must be reported within 14 business days of receipt of the product. If you receive a damaged product, please contact a WEITU DISPLAY sales representative immediately via Online Chat or email at [email protected]. When sending an email, please include the order number, item number, and the damaged photo you want to check. Please save all packing materials and damaged goods, damage may need to be inspected by the carrier. Your WEITU DISPLAY representative will discuss options on how to proceed.


Once you have received the package, re-ship it to another location. WEITU DISPLAY is not responsible for any damage in the middle. In this case, you will need to contact your shipping carrier directly and file a damage claim.


Return/Exchange

All shipped products are not subject to return or exchange, and if a return or exchange is required, the buyer needs to bear the return shipping cost. The return request must be submitted within 30 days after the invoice date. Online Chat or Email to contact us, and the WEITU DISPLAY sales representative will negotiate and solve the problem.


Custom order

All custom orders require advance payment. Custom orders are non-returnable. All sign holders or booklet holders with the "Add Pocket" option are considered custom orders. We make every effort to ship the exact quantity ordered, but reserve the right to over or under-ship within 5% of the order quantity for custom orders.


Clearance sale

Please note that clearance items are in limited supply. All clearance items are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Order problem

Cancel order

To cancel your order, please call WEITU Displays and have your company information and/or order number ready during the call. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it.


Order tracking

Once all the orders purchased on the website are sent to the logistics company, you can check the complete and timely logistics information tracking information.


Lost order

If a package is lost or delivered to the wrong address, we will investigate with the carrier. Please note that we can only investigate within 30 days of the package being lost. However, if the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we will not be able to issue a refund.
