Cosmetic POS Displays

Cash-wrap units, tester trays, accessory organisers and signage — built as one system, so the last three metres of the sale stop depending on a staff member hunting for a tester.

The Sale Is Decided in the Last Three Metres

By the time a shopper reaches the counter she has already chosen the product. What decides the sale is whether the tester is there, the mirror is clean, the shade card is current and the staff can find a refill without leaving the till. POS is not decoration — it is the last piece of the sales floor.

What POS Display Has to Solve

A POS unit is judged by what happens at 6pm on a Saturday, not by how it looks in a render. Three things decide whether it works.

The Last Three Metres

The shopper has already picked the product. What she needs now is a tester, a mirror and a clean surface — within reach, without asking. If any of the three is missing, the product goes back on the shelf.

Accessory Sprawl

Testers, shade cards, applicators, mirrors, price tags and promo signage usually arrive from five different suppliers. Built as one system, they share a slot, a finish and a replacement cycle.

Restock Speed

If refilling a tray means lifting three layers of acrylic, staff stop refilling it. Removable trays and open service access keep the unit stocked during trading hours.

What We Build

Four groups cover most POS requirements. They are specified together, so a tray made this year still fits a counter made three years ago.

Cash-Wrap Units

Counter combinations with tester positions, a wipe-down top, concealed stock and space for impulse shades next to the till.

Tester Trays

Removable trays with fitted openings for bottles and applicators, plus replaceable inserts when the range changes.

Accessory Organisers

Slot systems for shade cards, applicators, cotton pads and price tags — one place for the small items that otherwise live in a drawer.

Mirrors & Signage

Integrated mirrors, logo panels and price rails, finished to match the rest of the unit rather than added as an afterthought.

How It's Made — In Our Own Factory

Acrylic, metal, wood and mirror work, printing, assembly and inspection all happen under one roof. Nothing is outsourced, so a tray ordered next season still fits the counter you bought this year.

Fitted Openings

Send us the actual packaging or confirmed dimensions. Openings, supports and finger space are adjusted so products sit tight but still lift out easily.

Removable Inserts

Magnets, screws or locating slots chosen by tray weight and how often staff need to remove it — secure in use, easy to clean.

Finishes & Branding

Polished edges, Pantone-matched colour, UV-printed graphics and etched logos, so every part of the POS set reads as one brand.

Sampling & QC

The full set is assembled as a sample before production, so uneven gaps and exposed fixings are caught early. Third-party audits (SGS, BV) supported on request.

Who We Build For

We work with buyers who equip a counter, not a single tray — and who need the same POS set repeated across locations.

Beauty Chains

Standardised POS sets for multi-store rollouts, with consistent slot spacing and finishes across every location.

Brand Owners

Counter and tester sets that carry your identity into retail, with logo etching and Pantone-matched finishes.

Department Stores

Cash-wrap and tester units that fit existing floor plans, with lockable sections and service access for high-traffic beauty halls.

Distributors & Designers

Repeatable production for multi-site projects, plus technical coordination from your drawings.
